These are lovely small silver Kabyle earrings from Algeria, they are famous for their enamelled silver jewelry work.  The red stone is most likely glass, for the rich people they made these earrings with a nice old coral.   Length of the earrings is 3 cm (1.2"), weight is 13 grams.       60 Euro.
